When god wants to place a heavy responsibility on a certain person, they must first sharpen their will, tire their muscles, starve their body, impoverish their life, and disturb their every behavior, so as to touch their heart and persevere. A country that does not have strict law enforcement officials and wise ministers at home, and has no countries to contend with or external worries abroad, such a country will often perish.
